not quite wordless Wednesday
I have great friends.
I've mentioned this before, right? Well, a certain group of friends have taken their...um, loyalty, trust, and I'm-there-for-you-Stace mentality to a whole new level.
And now, without further ado, I provide you with pictorial evidence...
the BIG moment: pushing the little red button...
placing the BIG order...Diet Cokes all around...
being told by the nice girl inside that "I'm sorry, ma'am, but Sonic no longer sells Diet Coke."
"Are you KIDDING me? NO. WAY."
realizing that my friends have pulled one over on me.
Ah...finally!

Oh! Looking at these pictures made me laugh OUT LOUD all over again! What a great night. And the sonic people were great. They were READY to be in on our little prank. We love you and, CONGRATULATIONS!! 30 Days with no DC! You can do anything you set your mind to! :)

How funny is that. So hows it feel to have a DC again?

Oh man... I'm still laughing! I'm just glad this is over so now we can go out for 'drinks' together!

That is just tooooo funny!!! I so know exactly how you feel. The funny thing is, I am finding that people who make fun of me with MY Diet Coke are often Coffee Drinkers...and worse, Starbucks Coffee. I tell them, I simply like my caffeine cold and on ice. And you're so right, that Sonic ice is to die for! I wish I had one closer to me!! Thanks for your email to tell me that you'd made your challenge. I've been swamped and haven't been able to surf the blogdom too much lately.

I have to admit that my inner self had EXTREME doubts about whether you could make it. Well, once again I under-estimated you! Congratulations. I love you even more now that I have a new reference point for knowing your resolve.

Oh yea, what a prank! I only wish I could have been involved. Maybe next time, but until then I will remain impressed!
